We are heading up to town to celebrate the tall ships' stay and taking most (!) of the studio with us.
From 26 to 29 July you'll find a Nielanell pop-up on Lerwick's Albert Wharf, along with a crew of Shetland makers. Find out all the details at the Tall Ships Lerwick website.
Lerwick is Scotland's only host port for the 2023 Tall Ships Race and there is a whole range of festivities including activities, performance and happenings.
The Tall Ships Races are an annual series arranged, since 1956, by Sail Training International. The races continue to provide life-changing adventures for thousands of young sail trainees every year.
