Outside the knitwear studio, members our team have many interests. Katie is an artist and this July she is taking part in an exhibition at Stove Kirk, Sandwick.

Our village is clustered around a pretty bay in Shetland's South Mainland. Alongside Hoswick Visitor Centre & Café you'll find artisan studio shops with jewellery and Shetland knitwear.

From May 1 to mid-October the Nielanell knitwear studio shop in Hoswick, in Shetland's South Mainland, is open every day.

A guide to some of the Fair Isle knitwear featured as wild swimmers Jules Wilson Nimmo and Greg Hemphill come to Shetland.

Join us in Hoswick on Wednesday 4 December, as we host open studios, Christmas shopping and festivities with our neighbours.
